Module 2 Motorcycle Test; more sites to open
Thousands of motorcycle test candidates will have access to a more convenient, local service as DSA opens up more sites for module 2 tests.
From June this year DSA will be offering module 2 motorcycle tests from the following 8 driving test centres:
- Bridgend
- Chesterfield
- Hamilton
- Letchworth
- Rhyl
- Southampton Maybush
- Southport
- Stranraer
Notification will be made when candidates can start booking tests at these sites.
How these sites were chosen
These driving test centres were chosen after looking at:
- The feedback trainer bookers gave DSA when asked where they'd like module 2 tests
- Volumes of tests
- Distance candidates have to travel
- Examiner resource
More sites for 2014
DSA aims to further improve the service offered and will continue to look at opening more sites where demand and examiner resource allows. They plan to actively recruit and train more motorcycle examiners ready for 2014.
